Therapy for Girls

Current research shows that girls' self-esteem peaks when they are nine years old. Due to this fact, we often see the beginning signs of self-doubt, perfectionism, anxiety, and depression at an early age. Our goal with young girls is to teach them and their parents/guardians tools to help deal with girls' struggles in the digital age. We help young girls develop the tools they need in a brief time and teach parents how to continue to facilitate growth outside of therapy. We will often combine family therapy and parent coaching with individual treatment to have a true transformational change.
